Fields

Untick to leave a field off. Rename any field; the gear sets where it prints, its size, and whether it's the same on every label or different per case. Arrows change the order.

Departments

The Department on each case picks its color band.

Cases

Tick the cases to print. Qty = how many labels for that case (e.g. 2 for both ends). Blank Case # numbers automatically.

Paste a case list

Copy rows from Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and paste here. If the first row has headings (Case, Department, Destination, Contents, Weight, Qty…) columns go to the matching fields; headings that don't match become new fields. Without headings, columns follow the Cases table order.
